The department was established in 2001, to cater the needs of human resource requirements in the information technology section.

Our slogan is :"To enrich human resource with efficient and effectives manpower in Information Technology."

This department imparts the mordern IT education to its students. An integrated teaching programme covering both theoretical and practical aspects of Information Technology made effective with class-room lectures/training, demonstrations,illustrations,lab assignments qith audio visiual aids projects,seminars, industrial tours and in-pant training.The inputes by the leading professionals inthe field in the field of IT services and management enable the students to keep abreast with current industry trends. Soft skill such as inter personal communication are developed through workshop by experts.
